@@bighands69 we can see she was trying to use the radio, what everybody is saying is that she absolutely 100% should NOT have been using the radio in that situation, at all. Her partner pulled the taser so the only correct option in that situation against a knife welding suspect is to draw your firearm and provide lethal cover in case the taser fails, which it most likely will fail. She is woefully untrained and could have very well caused every person in that store to be fatally injured with her incompetence. She panicked and ran, there's no way around that.

I’ve known people who slit open their wrists with glass in front of police and their girlfriend and said they were a time traveling Jesus and more and then act normal 98% of the time after getting help. It’s not their fault. Psychosis is literally defined as detachment from reality and this man wasn’t on drugs; he was experiencing an episode. He didn’t hurt anybody, he was disarmed by a store clerk and then shot while unarmed after back up showed up. There was literally at least 5 cops there, they could easily try more tasers and try to overpower, use batons, and use a gun as a last resort. Example: if he tried to take a gun and overpowered

I was a gas station clerk overnight for 10 years. I never once had a situation that wasn't handled before the cops came. My verbal judo training was killer dealing with drunks trying to buy alcohol, people with no ID etc. I even broke up a damn riot id say. A group of about 100 people swarmed the parking lot to watch a large group of people fistfight in the parking lot. Me and one other guy shut the shit down and had everybody gone before the cops even pulled up. I've been threatened and even attacked... but was always prepared. Always vigilant. Head on a swivel to say the least. Any clerk deserves a raise, I promise you.
