This is to anyone who gets this. Today is my 2nd day of recovery from an anxiety attack. Its scary and I live alone. I have a good support system but I'm embarrassed to tell them about my disorder. Also they referred me to this place to get help to be on medicine. I'm soooooo scared. What if I'm not myself? I dont want to keep feeling depressed nor do I want to be a shell of myself either. I need some advise. Thank you

I’m in the same boat as you , and I’m stuck feeling alone all the time but Ik there’s a reason for everything happening to me, all the “therapy” help I get is just medication but I refuse , I think it’s better to be me and deal with the pain myself but it’ll be better in the long run considering I used to self medicate before it never help just puts a mask on, I just wish I could talk to people better and help more but I struggle helping myself, hope your doing good and just know what your going through only makes you a stronger person in the end don’t be afraid to reach out for help all love and best wishes your courageous and On the right path for looking for help🤙🏽

Do you have friends or a family who can help you? If you do, reach out to them and ask for help - from a suicide survivor.
