Please send us your video- about arthrosis and arthritis. Which point to help the patient from too much pain - it feels like so many needles inside the bone. Specially when it's in a lower back arthrosis. ❤ Thanks a lot and God bless ❤

I have stomach heat. I feel cold if breakfast is late, so I don't think stomach heat lasts all day. My tongue is usually pretty pink with no yellow coat. Once I eat, I feel warmer, especially my feet and legs. I'm sure my problem is that I get soooo sleepy after every meal, that I lay down flat. I've tried laying on my chaise lounge so my shoulders and chest are elevated (but not vertical like standing or sitting in a chair). But my shoulders and chest complain with stiffness, so I end up moving to the bed. My energy level goes way down, I just want to close my eyes. I've tried low energy activities like knitting, but my hands just fall to my lap and my eyes want to close. Caffine before and with my meal makes no difference... still sleepy. I worry that baking soda every day is harmful. Apple cider vinegar makes it hotter. (I will try ACV if I have to put off breakfast.) But do you have any suggestions or video links regarding the sleepiness after eating as it really breaks up my work flow stopping projects to eat and then nap. 💖🌞🌵😷

You don’t have ST heat according to Chinese medicine if you’re cold, that is more of a deficiency 🌷 I suggest you go see a qualified practitioner in your area to guide you as I don’t know your entire health history. Fatigue after meals is a deficiency in TCM not ST heat unless you have heartburn, acid reflux and a red tongue 🙏

Unfortunately TCM doesn’t work that way, we treat the person as a whole, not the disorder. We look at the root cause & address it! We look at the tongue, observe the skin, eyes, hair...we take the pulse, ask questions on sleep, digestion, diet, immune system...and then we make a TCM diagnosis and create a treatment plan accordingly 🙏

Aloe vera ig great to calm stomach if it is made fresh from the plant. Unfortunately aloe vera juice you can get in the shops contain large amount of citric acid, which can worsen the heartburn.

Fabulous as always!! Thank you Clara! ♡ I have a question....if someone is very yin deficient in general, would this pattern still show up as a yellow coating on the tongue? And if someone has spleen dampness and kidney yin deficiency, would this show up as no coat due to yin deficiency - or greesy coating due to dampness?
@Acuproacademy9 ай бұрын
You’re correct on all points 🥰 you rock! If d’intime has Yin deficiency AND ST heat they would have a yellow coat but also small cracked 🙏 With the SP & Damp & Yin deficiency, it would have a greasy coat on the centre but cracked at the back/root of the tongue 😍
