Acura should make it as it is. And this exact color should be the launch color or the first edition color with the same exact spec. With nice performance, a nice price, go the extra 20, 30 or even 40k, depending on how much they can exctract from the engine and the decreased weight.

Its looks like a sabertooth tiger 😮that front fascia is the 💥 Moving towards the back in transforms into this Dragon type mythical beast with this big tail.....The wing is spot on for the prototype. Why not put production ready track car on the table. What fanboy wouldnt dream of having an opportunity at buying probably the same type vision they've also had thinking about while looking at past Civic R Integra Type S & NSX..Lets do this HRC...Do a car giveaway to spark even more interest...whatever it takes to make this a reality

This platform suits it purpose so what's being touted with FWD is fine. I think we are all just wanting a true high horsepower platform from Acura that comes between the NSX and the rest of the offerings, to which the TLX is not even close to it.

I think they should offer the HRC on the Type R seeing how the R is the more raw track car and the S is more luxurious street, but really it should be offered on both vehicles because it’s all about the options. I don’t know why they don’t get this.

As a RSX-S owner for 15 years and counting, I have already accepted that there will not be another 2-door Integra. Even if there was one, I still wouldn't replace my RSX. I know they can't build them with the same character and feel like they did 20 years ago. I know I would miss it too much. The new one is fine in the context of this day and age and IF in an alternate timeline I had sold my RSX years ago and didn't already buy a 2020 RDX, then yeah, I probably would buy the Integra-S or TLX-S.

This shouldn't just be a parts catalog. It can be a parts catalog, but this should be more. This should be the first of many Integra Type S Special Editions and Limited Editions. They should offer this in 2 versions: 1. The first should be a Limited Edition Integra Type S HRC Track Package with the car fully built as is the way it is in the video. 2. The second should be a Special Edition Integra Type S HRC Extreme Street Package with a street wing spoiler, return of the backseats, but make the backseats with the HRC Recaros as an HRC Recaro backseat bench, swap out the Alcantara suede steering wheel with a fully leather-wrapped steering wheel with yellow stitching, and everything else on the ITS HRC from the HRC Borla exhaust, the new wheels, the 6-piston yellow Brembo brake calipers, the yellow interior decorative vent trim pieces, the new hood, and the HRC intercooler remains standard.

If its a la cart, Id take all the uodates minus the rear seat delete and wing. Unless if its like the dodge demon package and the rear seats and strut brace can be removed/added as needed.

Could you please do a long video on the new model 3 rwd long range. And potentially a side to side comparison to the old model 3. As both are so comparable. And pricing makes it a struggle to know which one to buy.

@@Javierm0n0 both long range models are probably within 20-25 miles of each other, So not the biggest issue. But the pricing in my area for used model 3s with low miles are about 5-6 or so thousand dollars less compared to the new one with tax incentives. So it would be nice to see a professional deep dive into both. As it seems they are very Similar with a few changes and upgrades and features removed.

The normal Type S Integra is 55K. This is gonna be like 75K which is absurd. My ZL1 10-speed costed less. Hell a CT4-V Blackwing with the Tremec 6 speed costs less.

I also heard Acuras allowing to remove A/C as an option. That doesn’t make sense at all. Jeep once offered a renegade w no A/C which I thought was insane Ideally they should just remove the safety features, dual zone climate, electric parking brake, parking sensors, and the wireless charger. No ones going to care about those features missing. They unnecessarily add weight. Having A/C at least allows for ventilation and cold air blowing on tracking during hot days

@@nissanhonda25 Because you are unaware of the reason of not having a sunroof. Moonroof adds a lot of weight on the roof and at the same time reduces structural rigidity by eliminating reinforcement beams to make space for a hole in the roof. It also increases the center of gravity which has a direct negative effect on body roll (handling). Im not considering all the other negative aspects of a moonroof like: -Wind noise when open -Reduces headroom -Potential leak issue -Potential glass shattering issue -Potential motor issues Bottom line a sunroof is a hassle, specially for a sport oriented vehicle.

I always found this version of the Integra to be extremely gorgeous but my God what a beauty this is. It's a worthy museum piece i would say. However not all is bright and shiny though. Here are a couple of complaints i have. The Civic Type R was built more or less as a track weapon so i get why they choose to make it manual only but the Integra Type S was built for the streets so an auto option should be available as well. Just not a CVT. The Type S already was way too expensive so i hope they offer this as package because i personally wouldn't want my back seats removed. Lastly im kinda curious is Acura forbidden from using Honda's hybrid systems or something because hybrids are where the game is at and Honda's are some of the best. Pretty weird that Acura want's to jump straight to electric without even considering hybrids as an alternative or at least as an ootion.

I've owned 4 integras. 1 I even built and turboed. 1 was a 4 door. I liked that one the least. I already own 2 TL's (1 Type S) and a TLX. Unless Acura launches a coupe version, I can't see buying ANOTHER 4 door Acuras. It should be a 2 door....

@@WhatisaLee missing the bigger picture: this car isn't meaningfully different from the Civic Type-R, but the actual customers in this product space expect an automatic. See CLA 35/45, S3/RS3, M235 GC. All of which offer AWD and an automatic transmission. It's perfectly fine for the Type R to remain as a manual. The Integra should at least offer an automatic as well.

Bulky, large looking vehicle that gives all bark no bite. It's giving Scion tC vibes release series 2.0 which will look outdated very quickly. Looks like an expensive taxi. I own an Integra, black on black. Just wouldn't spend more money on a type S. Acura should really focus on luxury and leave the racing to Honda.

The FL5 and DE5 make ZERO sense to have with anything other than a manual as that is a primary selling point. It is well established that the FL5/DE5 have the best manual transmission on the market under a Porsche. The auto or DCT they would be able to put in this car would match the market or be worse on average. Makes no sense to add that developmental and manufacturing cost to the car to compete poorly relative to how these cars perform in the manual market.

If you say negative things about this car, then you will no longer be given cars to test drive. Seems kinda sketchy. You should tell people about the clutch, it is completely inadequate for the track, and too weak even for a serious street racer. Many have replaced the clutch within months of purchase , but no mention on your channel. Hundreds of these cars (Integra Type S) can be found on the Internet being sold as used. Why were they sold so quickly?
