Yes, the parts your removed are all original; Our 2015 RDX has exactly the same Sachs shock(s) and fat "washer.(s)" at the top end. Thanks, I appreciate your video!

I know the video is some time ago, just wondering how did you decide on the direction of the two rubber pieces (of rear shock)? (Some other videos have placed them in different direction) Thanks!

Hi. I installed the rubber grommets back the way I took the original rear shock. You could probably install them either way as long as they are aligned and don’t have any gaps for the 2 to hit and end up an early failure.

@@lx450rob Thanks for answering. The oem rubber is double convex, while the replacement is convex/concave, thus the confusion. I agree probably it doesn't matter.

@@gengzhang6363glad to help, it’s been a couple years so far and the ride on the Rdx is so much smoother after the suspension replacement.

Glad you made this video. I've got a 13 that I need to change shocks on. I'm noticing the rear wheels has some negative camber, and the ride is crap. Thinking that's the cause. Rears looks super easy. And I guess I oughta do the fronts too for an even ride.

@@KiDTRiiPzif it’s the original I would recommend replacing the rear shocks. Your right it is an easy replacement compared to the front suspension.
