I’m so happy you could get footage with this group, progress with them has been great and I’ve been really curious to see what they’ve been up to, much thanks to Matt!

Delighted to see you doing work like this Adam. I think it will help your 800m too. In turn, the 800 helps the 1500. Good luck with the season.

Fogdog makes it look effortless, big season coming from him. Why can't coaches have more charisma 😮

What a cracking bunch of guys , thanks for posting this.. as some one who trains solo, these vids are a godsend .. when I am putting in my intervals and I am getting soft at the back end I envisage my stride , check my effort like if I was in a group like this.

Foggdog always looking so relaxed. He’s going to be an incredible marathoner!

Agree. Have you seen some of his long runs?! 😳

@@mikehobbs624 Yep. I saw the one where he made a 65 min 1/2 marathon look like a recovery run! And then he kept going.

Just a SAVAGE workout!! Build in some fatigue with 2 x Km then rip 500s. Only to finish with another blistering Km. I noticed some similarities to Rick Rojas training?

How come they run clockwise on the track?
@lucaswhite-wd8ro4 ай бұрын
So a lot of athletes get hip injuries and have found that it’s their left hip because they’re constantly turning left on the track so now coaches are trying to get athletes to switch it up to prevent this by going the other direction around the track. This is what my coach does as well. Hope this helps!

Isn’t it funny no matter what country u r in the coach telling the athletes what the workout is gets the same response
