I'm all for fun moments but one thing I hate is when a reporter or interviewer asks a guy and the person don't want to talk about it but the reporter wont let it go and they keep asking in different ways. Its the same thing they did with Kevin Hart and the Oscar's drama. He addressed it and dont want to talk about it anymore because he has something more important to talk about, yet they don't care and because they don't care they make the interview awkward and uncomfortable and by the time the interview is over we don't know any new information because all the interviews they did that day revolved around the same topic. So they end up giving the same interview 10 times with 10 different reporters. There is a thing called KZbin, if you want to know about something, look it up. It's funny because the whole point of having a show is to separate yourself from competition to prove your different, but that's no longer the case cause they all talkin about the same thing.

I’m a big Miami Dolphins fan and I was up and down with Adam Gase all season, but you know what’s Interesting is , even coaches that are perceived as being “great” such as Jimmy Johnson , Nick Saban and anybody else you want to throw in there especially with Jimmy and Nick they did some pretty bad things that in my opinion tainted Their careers in Miami. I mean let’s face it the reason why the Dolphins have failed or at the very least came up short on the end the stick the last 20 years is because of the Buffalo Bills in the 90’s and part 2000’s is because of the Patriots. Especially the Patriots. Look what the patriots have done and they been in our division, we have lost so many coaches because of the Patriots. I felt we should’ve kept Adam Gase, but the players gave up on him for whatever reason. Imagine if Nick Saban had signed Drew Brees And in this is a big and, Nick Saban may still be here and perhaps we would’ve had a couple of Super Bowls. One of my favorite Don Shula’s quotes in an interview was Winning is contagious, but so was losing. Another famous quote by the great Shula, You act as if the other team wasn’t trying to win either when answering to another question on how the Dolphins found a way to lose. Take a look at the New Orleans Saints recent loss all because of the problem will the no call made by the Refs in their NFC Championship game against the Rams. I’ll lend it with a Don Shula quote, “Winning cures a everything, when you win it cures even your past losses and you feel reborn again. The Miami dolphin fans have got once again their pound of flesh but until the Dolphins get the right players and start winning nothing will change. The Patriots have a very simple formula it’s very simple but simple does not mean it’s easy for everyone to do or learn, but Every player is accountable to themselves, they stick to the fundamentals, they execute and they have a great quarterback that is super competitive and who by the way is a self-made great player. Until the Dolphins get a great player such as Brady the Dolphins fans and management needs to be patient, including myself. I’ll end it with another great quote I heard from LaDainian Tomlinson and he said this is why the Patriots are so great, because they learned a lot from their last meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs game, but it’s also clear that the Kansas City chiefs did not learn anything from their previous game against the New England Patriots in that last loss during the regular season. And with that said I’ll leave you guys with that. I enjoyed your show!

Some of Gase's answers have substance to be quite honest. All he cares about is winning. Yes end results do matter however to be able to win, you must do all the microactions to positon yourself to win. What's that? Trust. Accountability. Relatable to fanbase. Relationships within the organization. Empathy. All of these qualities have to be met and if it doesn't, then it all looks bad on the surface & internally. Having a vision for football is nice but you have to properly execute. Gase doesnt have these qualities.
