Hello! Adam here in Northern Kentucky. I just finished doing my first squat wearing my new WOD Nation knee support sleeve and I really, really was impressed with it.
I wore it around the house yesterday just to see how I like the feel of it. I've never used a knee support before and I have an MCL repair on my right knee and an ACL repair on my left knee two years ago. So I do have some knee problems but never liked that feeling of having you know, something around my knees. But I do have to say I'm very impressed today with it.
Our WOD today had thrusters, rows… we jumped around for a little bit. And my knee feels great. It was very breathable. I did sweat a lot but it wasn't at any time I was like - "Gotta get this sleeve off of my knee."
Feels great. Absolutely feels great. So I'm looking forward to getting a second one for my right knee.
