Funny - back in the late 80’s I was on a bus on a highschool excursion to the Czech Republic and we’d been driving for two days and for some reason I was sick as a dog and sleeping most of the time, but I remember looking up and out into the rain and the dead autumn fields as we drove past a road sign that read “Brno” and for many years that stayed with me, simply because I thought it was a funny word with the three consonants before the single vowel. I’ve forgotten most of the rest of what we did there except I bought a local sausage and a sort of Jewish hat, got better and then got drunk in a hotel bar and went back to being sick again. Good times.

How would you describe a bad rock

@@eyaltsyrlin9812 Loose, sharp, slippery, dirty, mossy, and not nice to look at. Actually, most rock is bad rock in some way.

4:27 !! these bols are everywhere, i mean these old unkown bolts from past epoques way before the "official organisation" of climbing. Same in the Gorges du Verdon etc; lot of mysteries about these bolts confirming the high levels of past climber

The last rock porn shot of the mossy wall is a scene that only makes sense in a climbing video. Pretty funny to think it out of context.

well i think that what makes people best, to know your never the best or in othe words, you never know everything/you never can do everything - knowing that gives u the space to actually try to achieve something more, your not gonna learn anything when u think you know everything already. Its the ego that one has to let go to be better, people have to decide : Do i wanna be confident and look like a king or do i wanna go far in life/really master something. The second option is better and i think that at the end it also gives u the confidence that u sacrificed in the beggining.
