"Maybe this 200kg back squat is really not helping my full planche" Haha this was a great interview, I especially liked the part about specialization vs generalization!

Brilliant conversation. Who remembers the blue guy with freestyle push ups intro? It was on this and Noah man workout channel ,now they both changed it, or actually Noah put his intro at the end, but here it completely vanished ?

Last year I have got biceps injury in my weakest arm(left arm)because of repetitive training of pushups and pull ups for more than one week!!! It has last with me for one year until I think now it has healed 100% I hope so!!! So I think repetitive training it may lead to an injurey especially without proper rest days or changing the way of training or muscles !!! And if you not used to practise something so you need a proper time to recover and got stronger anyway you would risk an injurey!!! And it's different from someone to someone else.....

Came to see this interview as I was injured some weeks ago. I ruptured tendon in my wrist and will go through a surgery in a week. I know I will probably never do HSPU anymore, maybe no more muscle ups. At least that's what the doctor tells me, but who knows... This interview gives me an insight on how to cope with the injury, how to plant my future. Eager to get HS back (just reached 2min hold, clean) weighted pull ups and dips, front levers, oacu... Thanks Gornation and Adam Raw.

I remember I got inspired by Adam to do pistols and do weighted calisthenics. Incredible to hear how to prevent biceps injury, because I think once I was really close to this injury. Great interview , one of the best
