I have Dave’s Books but due to a medical condition I can’t take this course. Little did I know they had a video. Thanks for sharing this info. I watch Shawn Kelly every week on KZbin, he really puts out a great video every Sunday.

I’m age 57 and signed up for the Nov 19,2021 class. I’ve been training for about 4 months. It’s hard to know if your ready or not but we’ll see!
