Actually Vivziepop had a completely different story for Vaggie, but she liked the theories, and so she changed it up for that. She is basically mocking those who had the theory with Carmilla's lines about the X over the eye and the angelic spear making it obvious... because it should not. Originally she would have had been a prostitute, and agressive clients would have taken her eye and killed her.

So many people really screwed the pooch in terms of preventing Charlie from making a deal with Alastor. Vaggie, for not realizing that she, an Exorcist, was harmed by an Angelic weapon. The Egg Boiz, for not mentioning what Carmilla did to someone other than Sir Pentious. Sir Pentious, for not taking what the Egg Boiz said seriously. And you know who else? Velvette. She had enough evidence to call out Carmilla (her shock and fear at seeing the head, her suddenly canceling the meeting when cornered) and cast suspicion on her, yet she chose not to. The Vees’ goal was to prevent Alastor from making a deal with Charlie, and Velvette could have done so by leaking what happened at the Overlord meeting on social media.

She is not wearing her mask. The mask covers up the right eye, the eye of affection (this is from a biblical verse that says the right eye needs to be plucked out in order not to allow it to weaken someone in their duty, or something of the short), thus allowing the exorcists to be remorseless killers. Since she did not wear it, she was not effected by this brainwashing. Who knows if this was the first time she did not wear her mask...

Alastor shares a surprising number of similarities with Adam. They were both humans before becoming the beings they are in the present. Both reached a position of power through massacres (Alastor murdering other Overlords and Adam with exterminations). Both had a dark past as humans (Alastor as a serial killer and Adam as a toxic man). Both are related to a possible solution to overpopulation (Alastor with the Hazbin Hotel and Adam with the exterminations). Neither of them really believes in solutions to the problems of infernal overpopulation, they only participate for their own entertainment. Neither of them believes it is possible to rehabilitate a demon, maintaining that he only lives once and that is the opportunity to make things right. In addition to the fact that both delight in tormenting sinners. Both enjoy killing demons. They are both very narcissistic, though Adam's ego far outweighs Alastor's. They both have an adept with whom they seem to get along quite well (Alastor with Niffty more than Husk, and Adam with Lute). Alastor could be said to be Adam's counterpart in Hell.

It's understandable but she still should have just told Charlie, Charlie is an advocator for redemption she was more mad at her because Vaggie lied to her and hid the truth from her than about her past and had to learn about it from Adam of all people instead of from her partner,Charlie wouldn't have judged her for her past when she's seen Vaggie changed for the better
