i LOVE iridas modern outfit, gives me misty vibes with the jean shorts and crop top. i hope she gets included in future events so she gets more outfits, id love to see her get a pretty dress

That would be really interesting if she does. It’s kind of a known secret that the devs have their favorites, which it seems like Adaman and Irida are, so I really wouldn’t be surprised 😂 But right now I really want to see Rei and Akari get some kind of modern clothing.

@@GatorEXif you want to know who the Devs' favourites are, just look at all the different characters and see who has more variants. Blue and Steven have SIX variants! whilst every other favourite/popular character has 5. This would also explain why Nate didn't get a variant for so long, no one in the team thought of him. Also, there are 5 Pikachu in the game (MC, egg, Red, Ash and Chase)

I haven't gotten far in Legends: Arceus so I didn't make the connection on where Ursaring can be found in Hisui. I just thought that Adaman got Ursaluna as a nod to Perrin.

In case you didn’t know, the Legends Arceus ad at the end of this video features the K-Pop girl group known as ITZY. Their members are Yeji, Lia (currently inactive), Ryujin, Chaeryeong, & Yuna. And I am also into their songs, including their newest single “Untouchable.” Pokémon actually did collab with K-Pop boy group ENHYPEN before, so Pokémon does have a nice connection with K-Pop these days. 🤩🤩🤩 And also, Adaman & Irida look so 🆒 in modern clothes as well!!! 😉👍🏻❤️

Irida bout to have me simping. Cringe aside, I really like these outfits since they do feel like the clothing choices fit Adaman and Irida so well despite them being from so far into the past. Their Pokemon have good attention to detail as well with how they can be found where their respective clans are.

Midriff baring Irida was the most unexpected thing coming from this anniversary, but definitely a really welcome surprise since her modern outfit is top tier. It was guaranteed that she and Adaman would eventually get alts, but it happening before Volo's release was quite odd imo. It'll definitely happen in June or September anyways, though I'll probably just skip it since I've long been on a "favorites first" mindset. With that in mind, SC Irida has been the only new unit I pulled this month, though if nothing in April is a must pull I might try for Geeta since my poison roster is lacking. Though now that the special costume stuff is happening a month sooner than previous years, what'll this April offer instead? New characters/sygna suits, or the grand return of the easter seasonals?

I wouldn't be surprised. May and Palmer, Berry's father, are both from Olivine City, Johto so they might be related and descended from Irida. Irida's hair even has the same light brown as Mey and the same yellow as Palmer and Berry.

I truly hope Akari and Rei get modern designs soon as well, I wanna see ALL of the Legends: Arceus characters in modern drip. Also, WTF is going on with Dahlia's hair? I know that's how it looks in the original games, but they couldn't make it look just a BIT better?
