It's not a good idea to play Xenoverse. The game is good. But it has so many bugs that it makes Scarlet and Violet a masterclass in coding. Also you can't download the files into a hard drive. So when your computer dies you will lose all of your saves. And EXP gain is a bitch even if it has some of the coolest Pokemon i've seen.

This is another case of the 2D art being FAR superior to the 3D model. Origin palkia's key art is so good!

Well better late than never! 😉 One i really recommend is "The Last Nurse Joy" ... i think i spoiled myself too much about the best parts to fully enjoy my own hypothetical playthrough in the futureBut it has a really nice narrative as far as i "tried not to have"-Pointcrow's-backgroundnoise-video playing!😅 Otherwise, except for Xenoverse, i personally haven't even played any others. I would be interested in the roguelikes tho. Well i hope you're gonna have fun with the ones you will try out! 💚

You're a scale'y GatorEX. Just admit it! This among other reasons is why I dropped off Pokémon at 4th generation as 5th gen onward was furry sh!t & a lot of creep. I bet your the sort of person that favourite 3rd gen was Gardevoir which always raises my concern. Trapinch or Sableye are the best Pokémon of gen 3. Gen 1 best gen as frankly best gen 1 Pokémon hard choice but I do like Haunter/Genger.

While I highly appreciate Fan games and the effort put into them, but often times it feels like a lot of these games become a Different RPG featuring pokemon battles. There's a lot of Fan games that really feel like they lose the spirit of the Main games, in my opinion. Which isn't inherently bad, but it feels like it misses the point of using pokemon and the rich Lore that's been built up.

Xenoverse is definitely a good one; What if Pokemon were written like Digimon? Your starter is even treated more like a Partner Digimon because they don't evolve, you gain newer stronger forms for them while out of battle they'll always be the little guy you picked up at the start.

Fair opinion but there are rom hacks that respect the original design and let you officially bring your caught Pokémon into either Stadium 1 or 2 and even into Home through transfer. And you can play everything on original hardware if you want to.

Most or almost all fan made Pokémon games all share something in common that is Fan made Pokémon games have convoluted confusing story plot and super edgy like final fantasy levels of convoluted story plot and very super edgy.

I'll always think of Origin Dialga and Palkia as less "primordial" as if it's an original form, and more like it's been driven to try and copy Arceus in a bid for more power in their confusion and rage from the rift, maybe emulating both Arceus and Giratina in that regard. That said, I LOVE the origin forms of Dialga and Palkia, they just look so awkward and _wrong,_ like they Should Not _Be._ Seeing them for the first time ingame being so shocking and almost disturbing, and then being hit with eurobeat of all things???? Combining the two made for a fantastic experience. The difficult fight mixed with all of these fun factors made for a huge smile on my face while I was yelling in panic. 1000/10 game

I don't really care for fan games because it means a lot more to me when the official games do something new and interesting because it shows more risk taking and understanding for the franchise going forward rather than a fan game that could basically do whatever they want because they're not beholden to the company at large.

It honestly doesnt matter if a game spin off or not so mystery dungeon still valid

For me I've really grown to appreciate Origin Dialga's design. Mostly. It still looks weird when the mouthguard lifts up though. I wouldn't of had it do that.
