Great house guys its going to look beautiful. For all your subscribers out there asking for budget. It all depends on the quality of fitting inside the house. For a quality home you are looking at 30,000 pesos per square meter, so if you build a 100 square meter home you need 3 million pesos. You can build as cheap as 10,000 pesos per square meter but you will have very cheap fittings. It all depends on your life style and your wallet. Good Luck To all.

I quite Like the Plan of your house. I love how big are those rooms. Just watch the last update of the house and congratulations to both of you as it is coming together nicely. I presently have solar for my interior and exterior lights and use a 145w panel to recharge my battery...I will be doing more this summer but in USA we must be careful cause utility company will notice my savings and may raise rates....so i do everything gradually and conceal everything..Im also thinking of supling my hot water with exterior tank..In Arizona we have sunny days almost all year so why not utilize the sun...

Just in case you or your friends are looking for another property near south of Manila, check out Las Villas de Manila. A prime subdivision with full amenities. Just a stone throw away distance from the Southwoods exit. You can see the location itself through google earth... just a few meters from the Eco Centrum business establishment such as Southwoods mall, splash island, McDonald’s, hospital, banks and many more.... The stairs fronting the main door is not quite right....there are some superstitious beliefs that have been proven true by experience...believing them would be better afterall...and the walls of each room are quite thin....don't seem to be sturdy to withstand earthquakes...
