Adam, when we ran into high RPM voltage drop issues it was due to the brushes bouncing off the commutator. The fix was to spin the alternator a little bit slower via a pulley change. The reason this happens is because nothing spins perfectly true, especially off the shelve alternators, & keeping the brushes in their perfect respective location at peak rpm is difficult- causing a loss of voltage. The pulley change doesn't have to be much to fix this, so low rpm charging is still sufficient. Look into the rated RPM of your brand alternator.

Now that is a noticeable change almost instant response and the exhaust sounds impressive, Quite a few racers in the UK delete the hydraulic brake servo unit because there is a slight delay when you release the brake as you must know with the milliseconds in reaction times controlling slides. Put a mini fridge for your stay awake drinks.

Outstanding video as always man! Liked the transitions leading to the talking points and seeing Alberto again. I know you try and keep moving all the time but I will give you a word of caution not to neglect sleep man. Despite whatever stress you find yourself in, ensure you take some to chew on it. As for the car I'm super excited to see what you do with it. Pretty much my favorite out of all of them (even though I like them all). I had an idea for the cubby you have in there but I think whatever someone else or you come up with would be better. I would have just suggested maybe a display with a bit more info or like showing off sponsors or whatever.

Another thing you could do with the radiator cooling fans are put the electrical fans on the front of the radiator and make them "pusher" fans and than put the clutch fan back on as a "puller" fan. The empty din in the dash you could put a red neon LZ sign sunk into the dash... Have it so it can be turned on or off and also double as a shift light (so it flashes on when you hit limiter). I think it would go well with the theme and style of the car.

Hey Adam, I think placing the fan directly onto the oil radiator isn't the best choice, because 1)since oil could go up to 150Celsius it may melt the plastic of the fan and 2)you're lowering the efficiency of the radiator because you're blocking airflow on the entire area of the fan, while if you mount it an inch back (with a proper shroud) you would increase a lot the efficiency.. Also, make some tests and see if you actually need a fan: if you don't need it, take it off, so you have less parts that could go bad and you're gonna increase the radiator efficiency
