In my clinical training as a therapist - when it comes to deep issues, for change to occur, you need to have a level of self awareness for the actions you made or the role you played in response to your own trauma to understand what needs to be changed. Going to therapy doesn’t mean you’re healed right away. It takes a long time to process the things you’ve done to others and the things you’ve been thru as well. She might not be ready to talk about it, and if she’s not, she shouldn’t be vlogging or talking about her feelings online at all. All she had to say was she is still working thru things and processing it without negating what everyone else has been through. Because her saying the internet lies, doesn’t show any self awareness or accountability and also invalidates the victims experience. She needs to stay off the internet until she can see what her actions have caused regardless of what her intent was.

I'm a mama bear and I FULLY agree & relate to Peter talking about mamas looking out for other people's kids, not just their own. It's a (good!!) parent's instinct to protect the safety and **innocence** of children. A lot of times the people that react on this instinct to save a kid from some sort of dangerous situation don't even have kids. I remember so many moments in her videos where she was having a breakdown over small dumb things she did and she was beating herself up for what happened. But there could be like a million people telling her that what she did was wrong and holding her accountable for truly hurting people, and she goes into a delusional, defensive, denial mode about it. Like Adam said, she thinks she can do no wrong. But things like forgetting to put water in the pot when cooking corn or whatever is devastating to her even though nobody was hurt and nothing bad actually happened. I think she sobbed about that for a really long time in a video. I'm not sure exactly what that says about her, but it's definitely a reflection of who she is and how she views herself.
