This is one of those instances where me and my mate differ so much. I ALWAYS care for myself, be it exercise, meditation, self reflection or even while we were still working, not overdoing work. He would help anybody BUT himself before getting to him. I work on this for him all the time. Struggle continues hopefully for many years more.
