I don't think you understand how markets work if you think releasing a cockpit (hardware) will somehow make them competitors to DCS (software) Also ED is one of their partners...

I love how everyone put's down the Warthog stick, but the military uses it all the time. I've had my Warthog since 2016. What's cool is if you have a cockpit you can also do MR with the Quest 3. The passthrough is not as HD as the Varjo but it is good enough.

Military has more money then sense then the average sim player. There's a reason why Thrustmaster finally made a better base... And its because theirs is crap and every other company out there has a better mechanical design for less money.

@@Bouwplan We shall see if they hold up 8+ years of constant use like the Warthog. Most of the Virpil stuff I have tried was all hard plastic. Been using the Warthog since 2016 with no problems. I did switch out the sensor switch with a better one and added a 20cm extension the first month I bought it. My next base will be a FFB one though.

look, weather its gamers or countries you could contract this too, this has the potential to make BANK, please find a way to exploit this potential capital even if there is little to no interest from the geopolitical scene. $$$$$ or not it would be awesome to have one of these one day for those who can afford it. maybe make 2 different variants of stuff, one being mil-spec and one being for consumers though i know this will likely never happen, noone who wants a fully immersive and realistic cockpit (enough to get one like this, anyway) is gonna want a cheap one so i wouldn't worry too much about pricing backlash if the time comes... edit: ahh you already did the variants thing, thumbs up for me
