Hello from America!! I can't thank you enough!! I am a 31 y/o woman with 2 little girls. I was paralyzed from my chest down when I was 14, and have limited mobility, but am still very active and athletic. Your videos are an amazing resource for exercise, stretching-- as I struggle with shoulder pain, and also you help so much by addressing the many mental challenges that arise from using a wheelchair. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I am feeling better than ever, have so much energy, and can keep up with my little girls. You are wonderful :).

@@AdaptToPerform Well, I'm 34 so it was high time I came to my senses and realized what I've been doing just wasn't working. I have serious muscle mass starting with 2XL hands and a 15 inch forearm, but a huge gut I need to get rid of and "there are no gyms nearby, and I can't do sit ups and crap that would kill my spine that's literally stiched together" was a really convenient excuse... up until now.
