I used to do yoga before the wheelchair; it's nice to know I can do it in a wheelchair!

We loved that!!!!! My son suffered a brain injury and is in a chair. We (his nurse and I) worked together to do this yoga practice with him. We look forward to doing many more with you!!!

Thanks Ben for reminding me to focus on important stuff like breathing, flexibility and (like the other day) rotator cuff training. I tend to forget these things and just do weights and cardio. The older I get, the more important I find it is to include other sessions as well!

I love this video! Truthfully, I'm autistic and can't really manage things with more than 2 steps in my brain, so I get a little lost after 25:43ish, but that's a good 25 minutes of movement :)
