Friends, welcome to my channel 😍! 2 liters of milk. Place the pot with the milk on the fire. 1 tsp salt. 2 tsp table vinegar. When the milk is almost boiling, add vinegar. After 2 minutes the milk will begin to curdle. Let cook for 3 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. The serum has separated. Transfer the curd mixture. Let it rest for 10 minutes. 50 grams of butter. Melt the butter in the microwave. 2 tbsp sour cream. Beat everything with a mixer. Put the cream cheese in a glass. It will keep in the fridge for about a week. This cheese is wonderful for breakfast with fresh bread. Bon appetit ❤️.
