Your video is good. Few points. 1. Why did you miss on milk? It's bio availability is more than 90% 2. Also the water from the curd is whey. You have addressed it simply as water.

Dear Sree.. Thank you 😊 1. Yes it's biovailabity may be good, but it has got natural sugar lactose also in it.. Where as paneer, cheese, curd doesn't have sugar, and more protein in 100mg compared to milk , that's why I don't recommend milk as primary source of protein.. 2. What I meant is hung curd or greek yogurt has more protein because of it's concentration.. Thank you for your feedback😍

Informative with very clear presentation. Thanks Doctor. However, presentation by several other doctors indicate that Peanut cannot be a very good protein source as it has a higher % of fat and energy per 100gm is relatively much higher than other protein sources.

Dear Nagarajan... Thank you for your feedback🙂 We should see what kind of fats are in peanuts.. MUFA is the type of fat which is said to be heart healthy fats, which is what is high in peanuts.. Fats don't straight away go and block our blood vessels.. How many of our friends and relatives are eating low fat foods? And How many of them are disease free? The answer is simple which fat is bad and which is good? Transfat from deep fried foods are very bad.. Natural fats do only good🙂.. Lessen carbs, sugar and deep fried items and eat more Natural fats , you'll see the magic 🙂
