Adding Wheel Spacers to my BMW 335i N54!!

In this video I decided to add wheel spacers on the Bimmer.. My back wheels were set in really far from the fender and I just didn't like it, so I decided to go with 18mm wheel spacers on the back tires which brings the rim almost flush with the fender. My front wheels were almost flush to begin with so i just went with 5mm wheel spacers. Overall I like the look of how it came out. I would have liked the rear to come out a little further but it is what it is..

You could always upgrade your wheels with a bigger size wheel and with an ET20 or something like that. That would look great!

I think your car was supposed to have staggered and you don’t have staggered so that’s why the back is so recessed

I have a 2011 e90 m-sport and wheels look a little more flush than non m-sport models.. idk what size to get but i want as thickk of a fitment I can get without rubbing. any suggestions?

You just have to measure from the wheel to the fender and see how much clearance you have. there are some videos on it. you can also roll your fender a little or put coil overs on so that it doesn't hit.

Will I need spacers on my e90 I want to fit mv1 alloys with the fat 255s on back if so what mm would you suggest cheers

I went with 15mm all around on my E90

I only use on the back 20mm because if used on the front the car always is going to look wider on the front that’s Y I only use 20mm on rear and you can tell the difference big time

Does your car Vibrate or starts shaking at high speed with those spacer’s?

had it to around 140 and no shaking or vibrating. pretty solid.

Why do I get the feeling you have staggered wheels And you’ve got them on backwards

that's what I thought at first, but I measured the rims and all 4 are exactly the same... then just to be sure.. I put the front on the back and the back on the front and it is the same.

Was that rubbing? There is no rubbing, I haven't had any issues with the wheel spacers at all.

Okay seen so many videos reference wheel spacers... I have a 2008 E61 535d with new Oz 18” 245/40/18 8j ET20 with Goodyear tyres. My set up is 15mm H&R wheel spacers on the front with new 41mm wheel nuts. On the rear I have 30mm H&R wheel spacers, hub-centric This is a fantastic set up and the car drives and looks amazing, I’ve loaded the car up with three in the back and bags, no rubbing or any issues.
