I was diagnosed at age 32. Started with anxiety, depression but I had a chance to have a great lady psychiatrist and she basically diagnosed me after first session. It literally saved my life and my family

"People without adhd have attention surplus disorder they never go outside." Sir ahdh people on average are more overweight and seditive according to Barkley. Can you please sort out ur criteria for what is "adhd" there seem to be vast differences.
