Yes honestly when looking from places please take in mind the location bc I am so lucky that I live in an area that is a lot of houses and not busy but 5 mins away walking distance, there are cafes, restaurants, dry cleaners, cvs and still not that busy

My favorite is the one in woodland hills, the area you said is sketchy lol. That neighborhood is actually really nice, affluent and has everything you can think of. they just finished building the topanga movie theatre too in the Westfield mall if you walked out of the inner block you'll see the mall is a block away, the best mall in LA.
