Only recently been feeling a specific way again and have been going back down memory lane sort of speak.. Kinda glad I have.. And you know.. You are 100% right. Mark did not get that much recognition especially when compared to the others but he deserved it.. Sadly happens a fair amount though.

"Somedays I only remember the days when I was young..." like when I listen to songs like this. I remember blasting this in my car in my private school's parking lot my Jr/Sr year of high school... can't believe that was 12 years ago!! I also remember seeing these guys open for Linkin Park and Cypress Hill on the first ever Projekt Revolution tour :-D Whatever happened to Marky Chavez??? My 17 y/o self thought him, Chester of LP, Spider of PM5K and Wayne Static were so hot... he's the only one I lost track of lol...

Aaahhh a alguien más le da nostalgia y le pone la piel de gallina escuchar este tema y ver aparecer a Chester tan joven?

I’ll never forget seeing them in Wichita, KS when I was a young man before joining the Navy. Right after the show, my buddy and I went to meet the band who stuck around and Mark (vocals) saw or Xs on the hands and was like,” oh that sucks! Here!” (Handed is a Budweiser bottle) and slammed it down with us hahaha. Awww underage drinking at rock shows. I have 5 kids now... haven’t been to a show in soooo many years.

Same here. Late 90's and early 2000's alternative rock/metal was on point.

I remember when I was young... A friend of a friend's cousin lifted this guy's CD booklet collection from a car. (Back then, a full CD booklet was worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars.) And this CD happened to be in there. This song was instantly imprinted on my mind - everlasting 30+ years even. Hit really hard during the OffSpring and Limp Bizkit years.

A band that kept me going so many times when I was in middle school. Bus rides to and from that hell with a mini-disc player and a few discs of bands like this, Sevendust, early Linkin Park, Disturbed, and eventually Smile Empty Soul. Those 15-20 minutes each way to school were everything. Now come 2021, that feeling is back again.

33 years old, most of my younger years were spent doing next to nothing but playing video games n being a broody little beotch lol. I'm actually quite glad I didn't get into as much trouble as most but I guess quite a few of us aren't even here anymore.... and soon even less younger people will be where we are now.... :/
@johnnysalazar53992 жыл бұрын
@ShaggyTheClown17 same here, a lot of us aren't here anymore, either because of the war, or they have made bad choices that lead them to an early exit in life, I've had my share of bad choices, only I was lucky to have not gone to jail, and smart enough to change
