I understand this one hundred percent. From the KZbin influence , to the game changing meds I started this year too. It’s not because we’re lazy. We’re paralyzed with our thoughts. It’s exhausting. I completely get it. From what I see with all your intricate planning I am envious of that you’re doing a great job.

Great to hear your viewpoint. My greatest strategy, aside from not having the money, of course lol, for not buying all the things you see on social media, is to add to cart but not check out for a week. If I still want it after then, I know I actually want it lol. Glad you are getting the help you need. 👍

I see so much of myself in what you describe. Did you get formally diagnosed with ADHD? If yes, how did you go about that? What medication do you use (if comfortable sharing)? I'm down to about half a spoon and that half spoon gets spent on homeschool. The rest of my day is a wreck.

@@YasminB-u9d Yes, my primary care doctor diagnosed me but I think that’s not common for most to do any more. My husband’s PC referred him to a psychologist. Either way you can start with your PC doctor. I take Vyvanse. Here’s hoping you can get some help! Hang in there!
