I don't know why but I wake up every hour (literally) when I listen to this. I usually sleep very well, but today sounds woke me up, every dream woke me up. I took a double dose of sedatives. Today seems to be the first such sleepless night in my life.

btw at least I fell asleep quite easily, it's not the author's fault, but how the video personally affected me. and yeah i was diagnosed with ADHD

I have sleeping problems and this helped me so much especially the fact im sick so its harder to sleep thank you for this it worked better than when i took melatonin to make me sleep

Have you given this a good go? How about diet? Have you tried a 30-day trial of eating nothing but fatty meat? Dead serious here. It's like night and day. 👍 I speak from experience.

Actually, G J... Focus is the very first thing addressed in this session. Training the mind to focus on mindful breathing and making the suggestions that focusing on your breathing sharpens your focus on other things, like toning a muscle... even blatantly suggesting: "The more you focus on your breath, the more focused you become in your life." Also, one of the major issues of ADHD is trouble sleeping, which directly contributes to poor focus and attention, as well as worsens time-blindness. Keep in mind, hypnotherapy is often not a head-on direct suggestion process. Doing one thing may seem unrelated, but builds the underlying programming for the proper mindset to build the rest.

I am in the middle ground for this. For like 45 minutes it talks about ADHD, but I woke up because of my baby and I tried to get back to sleep with it and it was 3 hours of sleep well sleep better stay asleep. So why only 45 minutes of adhd studd and 7 hours of stay asleep.

Yes, the hypnosis portion addresses focus and such, but one of the big issues with ADHD is issues with poor sleep, which just makes everything else that much worse. So the affirmations focus on deep restorative sleep so your subconscious mind can better process the hypnosis and let your mind and body get proper rest.

I feel like this one should have been titled restless sleep help or something else. the title AdHD help made me feel like I was going to get to hear hear things like you will remember where you put your keys, you will remember where you parked your car, you will not interrupt your friends while they are talking, You will remember to write down things that you want to accomplish because you will never remember them on your own even though you think you will.

I only heard how I will fall asleep easily.. didn't hear anything about time blindness in the repeated affirmations.
