Sir I have a mild depression and anxiety, can I do this asana after bridge pose or before bridge pose? I start my workout with Runnning, pushups, bridge pose and in the end extended child pose. But there's a lot of confusion in child pose or shashankasana like some people says it's good for high bp some says it's not good for high bp....should I avoid doing extended child pose as my bp lies in border line of hypertension. Please guide me Sir. I'll be very grateful to you. Thanks and Regards!

Namaste Aswathy Jayan. It is not necessary that the heels have to touch the floor. With practice the muscles of calf and hamstring with stretch and the heels can come closer to the floor. If it because of some compression at the ankle, then accept your limitations and that may be your final posture.
