Parvatasana is with feet together. And for different purpose. Downward facing dog is with open feet . In downloads facing dog our main focus is spinal extension we work for spine and vertebrae we are trying to create the energy flow towards the brain by extending the spine and by creating the space between the disk. To activate the centre nervous system
