Neraval portion of Aadithya's Mayamalavagowlai brought out nicely the true spirit of the Raga (lament on sorrow), a requirement of nadopadana. Swaraprastharam was also good.

As expected, one more nice concert from Aaditya Madhavan. A good voice. A magnificent travel on the Maayaa MaaLava GowLa right through all the segments from a detailed AAlaabanaa till the finishing Swaraprasthaaraa - which is still ringing in our ears this Early Morning. First Time heard the Raagaa Saalaga Bhairavi. It sounds like Karna Ranjani. So soothing in the form of an RTP; that moments of transition to Vasantha Bhairavi first and then to Sindhu Bhairavi were Exciting. Excellent sketch by Srikkanth also on the Violin. Emphatic percussion support by Akshay Anand & Madipakkam Sri MuraLi. What a Fine Finish with a stimulating Kaapi followed by Jonpuri! Keep it up! Good show!

What are you, who are you, Adithya, so young , full of vidwath and manodharmam. Must be a celestial Gandharva, landed in Chennai to bless and elevate us. Please make sure to sing Tamil keerthanais after an alapana with neraval and swarams. Please don’t fail to include Tamil keerthanais. I know you will be the youngest recipient of Sangita Kala nidhi.

Yes, artistes should be encouraged to sing Thamizh songs in the main section. If we don't sing in Thamizh who else will? There is an ocean of thamizh songs which will soon go into oblivion
