I'm not sure how many states would actually answer the call. Armenia has started looking for other alliances (e.g. EU) after russia didn't help them defending the Azeri invasion (they didn't even help them evacuate and evacuated all "peace-keeping" forces 2 days before the hostilities). Kazakhstan has actually implemented sanctions against russia (to some degree, of course. I guess a lot of trade actually goes through Kazakhstan to russia to circumvent the sanctions) and the relationship with russia seems to deteriorate somehow every passing month. Belarus has an arny which would help greatly, however, the people would probably revolt instantly against the regime if the army was busy somewhere else. Tajikistan has virtually no army. Kyrgyzstan probably could somehow help, however, I don't see the effectivness of this help (they don't exactly have the military equipment for a modern conflict).
