Thanks for the instruction. Do you treat high beams the same height as low beams?
@nicholasschmutte6785 ай бұрын
You do not adjust the level of your high beams. They are never to be used when approaching other vehicles in the first place. You only aim the beam of "low beams," or standard headlight beams.

I turned 3-4 turns with no success so I stopped. Any idea how many turns required to lower/raise significantly before I start going crazy with the screwdriver?
@5MinuteFixit2 жыл бұрын
At about 8-10 turns I’d say it would drop the beam 3 inches at 15feet. Hopefully that helps. That is purely going from my memory though…I would count your turns that way you could always put it back if need be. Thank you for watching!
@nicholasschmutte6785 ай бұрын
If the screwdriver is getting into the teeth of the gears in your headlight properly, and it is doing anything, you will definitely SEE that you are raising and lowering the beams. Place a small piece of painters blue tape at the cutoff where the beam is now, and then adjust down or up. You'll see it move up onto, or down and away from the tape.
