it is overall a very cool addition to the vector-based apps for the iPad - feels good to play around with it, even with some of the lags - still wish it wasn't subscription-based for any Adobe's iPad Apps! :)

Why pay monthly for an app that’s lacking many crucial features when Procreate dominates?

Hot take: i just don't feel this would give me the same feeling as "drawing" like I do traditionally and digitally on procreate. I think it is absolutely amazing, and I know vector based has MANY pros over pixle based, but I just felt such a disconnect watching you recreate your illustration that I worry I may not ever try vector myself. Does that make sense?

The question I would ask you : do you do vector art? Because it may be the reason why you don't feel like you'll enjoy vector stuff

@@mathieul4303 I don't. I barely got into learning digital thisnpast summer, before that I was strictly watercolor. The change from watercolor to procreate was definitely strange, but I was still drawing so not foreign. Watching this vector stuff just seems like a category of its own.

@@aoterou yeah I get that but just like everything there is a progression, eventually vector based illustrations will be the industry standard

@@aoterou ok not sure where your most recent reply went, could only read partial in the notification tab. For you to say there isn't vector based when we are literally watching a video about a vector based program is just strange. This is not a pile based program meaning pixels are not involved in the creation so when enlarging or shrinking the detail isn't compromised. Maybe you read your reply and realized you were incorrect and deleted it, but I really can't stand when people want to speak to me like im ignorant and provide feedback I never explicitly asked for.
