ADOBONG TOKWA | FRIED TOFU WITH STICKY ADOBO SAUCE | TIPID RECIPE

It is a healthy Filipino dish, a variation of adobo that is made of fried tofu topped with sticky adobo sauce. It is quick, simple and easy to prepare. Perfect for those who opt to eat meat. Can be served as a dish, appetizer, and pulutan.

Ingredients:
500g tokwa or tofu
For Sticky Adobo sauce:
3 cloves of garlic
2 pcs red chilis
5 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tbsp of washed or white sugar
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of vinegar
2 tsp of cornstarch slurry (2 tbsp water & 2 tbsp cornstarch)
1/2 tsp of sesame oil (optional)
spring onion & toasted garlic for toppings

Pugime Aku eto yung tao na umaasa lang sa vetsin, hnd kakain ng pagkain na walang vetsin, eto tao na khit pati softdrinks lalagyan ng vetsin cguro pati kape may vetsin.
