To me, agedashi tofu is my "chicken soup" when I am sick with a cold. Its so comforting & the ginger helps.

Hi guys, I am so glad you are open for suggestions. I have been waiting for your demo on how to make kimchi Japanese style because it won't be as spicy and salty like how the Korean makes them. I think I have asked you before but never received any response about it. Now, more and more people are into Fermentation so it would be nice if Satoshi can show us using one head of Napa cabbage.
