If I have 5 lights with different ratios on a radio transmitter with 3 groups can you set up 2 group (A&B) with one light each being controlled by the transmitter. On the last group (C) though can I set up 2 flashes set to fire each remotely but have the power set in-flash so they can have different power settings.
@keithlaw955 жыл бұрын
to get the flashes in same group to have different power set one to optical so it flashes when it sees a flash and then set it to any power you want.
@b9912285 жыл бұрын
Keith Law - Unfortunately that option is not available on my flashes. Maybe I should buy a couple of cheap optical flashes for background and rim.

That was very helpful understanding the amount of flash power. What I had hoped to learn was how to trigger my Nikon off camera flash with the Profoto B10 . How is that set up?

Hi, I also shoot Profoto and have A1’s. Is that a Magmod attachment on the A1 in this video? I want to use the Magmod system as I like how the product works. Is there a specific kit for the round head on the A1?

What is that rubber thing around the flash head? Where can I purchase it and will it support light modifiers from Profoto?
@voorheesjoell34375 жыл бұрын
Jerry Johnston That rubber thing around the flash head is the Maggrip by Magmod. Will not work with Profoto modifiers.

What’s the deal with triggering Sony cameras with profoto trigger. Just the camera. Why does it only work with 2sec delay?
@shifteleven5 жыл бұрын
As I recall for Sony, you need to set the Flash mode to "Wireless". Then it works.

Get someone knowledgeable to watch your first curtain / second curtain sync section, and explain to you why you are in error. Then record a voice-over correction. BAK
