I was surprised that Dr. Berg didn't mention caffeine's effects on the adrenals. I was a hardcore coffee drinker for 30 years. I barely drank anything else, and I completely destroyed my adrenals. I've been off caffeine for a few months now, and I am noticing big improvements in my sleep quality and my anxiety and depression have drastically improved.

Could you tell me if it's possible how many days took you to get rid of coffee effect (withdrawal) I tried to get rid of it but I had difficulties with work and energies Thanks
@firstinthedance
@firstinthedance Жыл бұрын
@@SOUL-wv7by I weaned myself off slowly. I consumed enormous amounts of caffeine, so I began by gradually reducing over a couple of weeks. Sometimes I would substitute seltzer water for a cup of coffee, or make a cup of decaf. After about 2 weeks, I was down to one cup of caffeine in the morning. After a week of that, I went to half caff in the morning. Then entirely decaf, if any coffee at all. If you do it gradually, your withdrawal symptoms should be mild to non-existant. However, if you do have a headache, take an Excedrin. The small amount of caffeine in Excedrin will cure the headache, but it isn't enough to keep you addicted, and after a couple of days, you won't need it anymore.

@@SOUL-wv7by hi! Here’s what I do when I want to get off of coffee and caffeine: go to the dollar store or pharmacy and get caffeine pills. Begin taking those instead of drinking coffee. After getting the taste for coffee out of your heart and mind (haha) begin to taper down by cutting 1/4 of the pill off, then after a week only do 1/2 pill, etc etc until you no longer feel the need for coffee. This works without dealing with terrible withdrawal symptoms. I hope this helps! Also, Walmart or a pharmacy sells a powder called “Goodys” next to the aspirins and Tylenol, and this works for the withdrawal headaches but be careful there’s a tiny bit of caffeine in them but it will take that headache away!

So true!!! 🤔 that’s me. My mum has high blood pressure and never exercises. She has accepted the public health verdict. So sad 😞 I was in hospital for a polyp and saw 2 diabetics who were so sick. The food they give them! These 2 women were different ages and passively waiting, huffing and puffing and depressed. It shocked me to see humans in such a mess with their health caused by food.23 hrs fasting. I m doing this to recover from the surgery. Exactly what happened to me with Doctor as I had bleeding. I went back 7 months later as I got fibroids and a polyp - estrogen!!! Then I had to have surgery- no advice at all re my hormone imbalance. The hospital caused me stress. Now I have the swollen belly back :( I will change this from your videos.

What he said about burning up leg muscles is so true. I found that going to the gym just gave me weaker legs and a bigger belly, and it was thanks to this man that I started to learn why it was so. I'm still trying to reduce stress, while not being able to either get my family to be nicer or find a way to spend less time with them. My whole life has been torture by stress. But, before I had kids and adult responsibilities, and before I got so ill from stress that I couldn't escape, I used to go for long, long, long walks, spend hours reading books, praying and studying the Bible, just dancing, etc. and I used to have leg muscles and only a slightly big belly back then, and not big all the time.

I started taking an adaptogen to help my body manage stress along with some vitamins. So far so good. That coupled with a diet consisting mainly of protein, fruits and mostly vegetables, my weight has stabilised and is slowly decreasing. My Dr offered me the weight loss injection but I barely eat compared to every other person I know and it just doesn't feel like the right solution to me.

I've tested your potassium and sugar claim. I am a lot like you Dr Berg; I always loved the junk foods and sugar. The cravings all went away when i started using nutritional yeast and 4x more vegetables from organic sources. Btw anyone reading this; organic is MANDATORY. If your food is not organic it is not the same food. It does not do the same things nor does it have the same nutrients per dollar. Organic food, feeds you more nutrients per dollar than non organic food. Also the non-organic food will always reduce your health, without exception.

AND THEN I GOT A BREAST CANCER. THANK GOD I GOT OVER IT HAS BEEN TEN YEARS NOW BUT THAT CHANGED MY WAY OF THINKING COMPLETELY. NOW I TALE IT SLOWLY. DO WHAT AND WHEN I CAN AND IF I FEEL LIKE IT.... LEARNED HOW TO RELAX . THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. AND I BELIVE FROM MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT IT IS NOT THE STRESS THAT IS A BAD THING BUT A CONSTANT PSYCHOLOGICAL TENSION.

Parasitic, that's what it is. I found out when my granddaughter had Leukemia in 2013.. It explains why the doctors would not take my calls for a prescription for parasites when my children were little and said if you want the prescription you have to bring the children in creating medical bills that at the time i could not afford.

Cancer usually takes 10 years. But everyone is different. It can come up fast. If your friends little child got it at three it was very likely from a childhood vaccine. Specifically the SV40 in the vaccines. That is the monkey cell line that vaccines are grown in. They have been causing cancer for 60 years.

Yes you 're an Adrenal body type ( hormonal unbalance not a weight problem)! You need to have a whole strategy to correct this problem by focusing in Stress Management ( lowering chronic Cortisol hormone), a specific oriented dietary program ( keto or low carb diet & intermittent fasting) and a specialized exercising program for your body type. The aim of this strategy is to optimized time and effort to have a healthy body! If you 're interested, I can share all what I mentioned above or you can look for an Endocrinologist !

I have been watching your videos trying to find answers and I have a lot of things pointing to an adrenal body type, some to an ovary type, but I'm trying to narrow it down correctly to have a place to start. I have so many things happening to my body and issues and no doctor has ever even tried to go past symptom treatment and loading me up on medications to figure it out/help and I'm at the point now where I've been not able to function daily properly, work, be social, etc. I'm 29 and it's taken most of my 20s from me. I've been diagnosed with fibromayalgia wrongly and then on my suggestion Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, along with tons of other random diagnoses over the years. I have no energy, so many odd things and I feel so helpless like I'll never be able to figure out what is wrong with me and live a depressed disabling life when it could be something underlying that is so much easier to figure out than is thought, it just needs the right brain and way of thinking and knowledge to look at the big picture and see what is going on. I have the same way of looking at medicine and the way the medical community deals with health issues. If you have ANY advice on what I could do I would be eternally grateful

I focus on electrolytes….sensitive to magnesium, but taking a few smaller doses a day, need to consume more potassium….. but not tolerate greens due to IBS…Plan to wean of coffee and black tea. You can look at oxalates and check if your diet was or is high in oxalates ( this is my last discovery 😢) I am definitely adrenal type and no wonder I have all the symptoms….. will take potassium supplement ( bulk powder from Amazon without other ingredients)…. Wish you the best 🙏🏻

I believe when I was 18 and eating what ever and as much as I wanted and not gain wait is because I didn't have any worries in the world! No kids no mortgage nor car loan no job worries, nothing. As you get older and of course you get all this adults issues and problems then you are lost and your adrenal statmrt messing up and you're doomed! That's my opinion,by the way welcome to adulthood!

How about people who rarely are thirsty? I can spend a whole day without drinking a glass of water...
@lf7065
@lf7065 3 жыл бұрын
Same here. I figured out why that is. Weak adrenals require a lot of sodium. Water dilutes it. So the body doesn't ask for it. However, we need liquids! So, make sure to get plenty of salt, which will make you thirsty. That will increase your blood volume and also increase your blood pressure. I found my blood pressure is always low, which is a sign of adrenal fatigue.

I am like that since I was a baby. If I drink a little bit water, I will have the urge for a restroom break every 10/15min.

Potassium and calcium and water are key to help improve your health and from natural plant based foods. This is the main advice I got from the good doctor here. If I missed anything please let me know. Because I probably did 😂
