My biggest weakness is documenting everything. I'm so focus of being on top of whats happening that it doesn't even cross my mind to take notes and document whats going on. Also when I take notes is so slow that I interrupted the flow or simply miss other stuff. Is a skill that I don't know how to master.

@@AdrianaGirdler Thanks, I'm trying to use onenote since I don't have to hit save on what I wrote but I feel I'm not proficient enough in it to take notes and at the same time conduct a meeting. I guess is just a matter of practice.

Absolutely…100% yes. In fact I recommend it. The framework of project management is transferrable and templates just need to be tweaked to achieve other business related items.
