High I works as a security guard. Sat on my but 12 hours a day 3 times a week then 24 hours off then switch to nights 12 hours 3 nights then three off.the Weight as has plied on.i have started to exercise b4 work and after work Will this help along with a diet.at the moment am at 92 kilos

@@tulikamishra201eating 900kcal a day isn’t a good way of thinking. Do this workout, eat healthy with a mix of carbs, fats, protein etc. however, do loose weight you need to eat below your everyday calorie intake. If you’re quite overweight then cut by a decent amount. Don’t starve yourself bc your just gonna crash diet and end up at square one

My god I did the 15 minutes and felt absolutely tuckered out. Then your damn speech at that mark made me finish the entire video. I’m 15 and 200 pounds. This is my day 1. To be honest I quite forgot everything about this post and I quit exercising maybe 3 weeks after the final edit I placed, so about 9-10 months ago. I then gained all my weight back and even went above my previous weight, I think my heaviest was 250. I then started to work out again, and within many many hard attempts I’ve brought my weight down to 202 pounds. I read every single reply on this comment and it makes me smile on how everyone is getting along and helping each other out. Staying fit takes a commitment. Now at 16 years old I’m comfortable with my body, I even work as a lifeguard now. I love how I look and I did this video routine to help build stamina. Much love to everyone! Guys trust me when I say this, this does work, I was about 185 back a month ago, after doing this workout and taking a break every 4-5 days, I now weigh 167.7!! You guys must be consistent with yourselves, you CAN do this, and you CAN lose weight, if you’re up for the challenge I say go for it and put your all into it. Don’t cut yourself short, this take dedication and motivation, use yourself as motivation and work towards what YOU want.

I know everybody’s main focus here is losing weight but for the people getting discouraged when they see the number on the scale go down but then back up... pleaseeeee remember that water weight is a thing... as long as you’re doing this and eating right, you’re losing weight even if you can’t see it in the numbers quite yet, you’ll get there.

@@deepabhadoria441 Nope, you take the breaks he tells you to stick to in the video. the whole point of going from longer breaks to shorter breaks is to keep your heart rate up. This type of exercise routine is called H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training), if you remain consistent in the breaks that he tells you to take, the training works, taking much longer breaks doesn't work properly, but as he says in the video, if you are tired, do what you can, and then keep moving during the breaks and you'll smash it! :)

All his videos work. Been doing them since I started my fitness journey in 2017. Lost 40lbs, I've kept it off and I now lift in the gym and do his workouts at home as well. The thing is losing weight is a matter of just keeping your body moving, and eating at a caloric deficit. it doesnt need to be complicated.

Drinking water & not eatting past 7pm is a really big help, it also takes some of the bloating down as well. Also if some of things you should try to cut out if you do it. It helped me. 1) Eatting when bored, b/caz it looks or smells good. 2) Emotional eatting. 3) Eatting in front of a television 4) Eatting to make someone else happy. Good luck everyone!!

Back in 2021 i was an obese kid trying to find the best vid to lose weight and i stumbled on this video one night and said i will try this tomorrow i started my weight at (120kg) and dropped to 55kg by doing this every day for 3 months straight of course my diet too but this shows how much this video helped me now am coming back to this vid at 100kg as am now preparing for my boxing fight in march dont give up to whoever is reading this i went to a fat unauthentic kid to a boxing national champ. Even crazier I've only been doing 15 minutes of the video up until the 1st half 4 times a week because I'm weak and still lost 4 pounds after 2 weeks of that. I'm not condoning this but I wanted to add that I don't have the best diet as a struggling college student and I'm still seeing results. It's so simple too haha. I'm 5'8 and started off at 174 pounds and have been doing strength conditioning along with this so the science is there.

I've done home workouts for 3 years now. Not only have I never SWEATED this much (literally looked like someone dumped water on me) but never had constant encouragement throughout the entire workout :') I swear if he wasnt saying that encouraging stuff, I would've stopped 10 minutes in. I feel you bro. I'm 15 and I weigh more than you do. I've been doing this for 5 days currently. Not sure if I've been doing well so far because I started off by gaining 2 pounds then I lost the 2 pounds I gained. It doesn't end there. I was confused so I weighed myself again and I gained the 2 pounds again? My weight scale might be not be functioning right so I don't know if I'm making progress. Ok folks….I’ve been doing his workout for 3 weeks. He recommends doing it 2-4 times per week. I’ve been doing 5 days a week. This last week I’ve done it 2 times a day with the second workout being done with my 3 sons. In addition, I attempted a low card diet to accompany the workout. This last week I saw the most results. Within the first 2 weeks, eating what I wanted, I lost 3 pounds (212 down to 209). This last week, doing it twice and on a low carb, low sugar diet I lost 10 pounds ( 209 down to 199 as of this morning). I’ve yet to see his meal plan so I can’t speak on that but I can say this workout works. Don’t give up, don’t quit. I’m not. In his video he used a back pack in addition to show those wanting to shred more pounds….IT WORKS! I used a plate carrier with an added 21 pounds ( front and back plates weighing 8lbs each and side plates weighing 2.5 pounds each) this last week and I died plenty of times but at the end I felt accomplished! Now to tell you about my failures in the beginning, I couldn’t make it past 7 minutes of the workout….I’d fall to the ground gasping for air. This happened for several days. But I got back up the next day and did it again. I knew I’d fail but I didn’t quit. Each day no matter if I couldn’t complete the workout, I did what I could. If I could do it, so can you! To Adrian, thank you brother, this is hands down the best most intense result yielding workout I’ve ever done.

I'm on a low carb diet right now. I started in February and I lost 30 lbs since then. I'm still 220 at 6'0 so I still got ways to go. But I most definitely will start doing this workout today. Thanks for sharing your results

Same with me I could only do up to 7 minutes the first 7 then gradually I could make to 10 minutes but I’m not sure it would considered the same if I continue on it after a longer break of 5 minutes then continue to till the end please advise if that works too

I'm kinda overweight for myself and I kept telling myself I was gonna lose weight every summer but I didn't but this summer as of 2 weeks ago ago I've lost 3 pounds but I've found this workout so I'm getting ready. Honestly I know it don't matter how I look but I Honestly thank Jesus for giving me this kind of motivation to do this

I started this workout last summer and lost about 15 pounds and stopped. I introduced my dad to this video who thought it would be a piece of cake but he almost threw up the first time 😭... now it’s summer again and I’m back on it and so is my Dad. I always come back to this video because it works so well 👏🏿 I’ll be back tonight ✌🏿

@@NejadNN yes my back and calves but that only happens when you first start, after your body adjust to those movements you won’t have much pain at all. But luckily I have a son who I made walk on my back during those times 😂😂
