This video is focusing on teaching 4 different type of footworks that you can include into your jump rope trainings:
open close
heel toe
straddle
knee lift
We combine the footworks with side-side-jump-jump pattern, learn it first in slow - double bounce rhythm, then we continue, turning the rope at a regular speed.

We recommend for beginners to practice 3 to 5 times a week, short sections (3-10 minutes) jump rope routines, with longer (1-3 min) breaks.
Focus on learning proper technic, as a number one goal! Only then you can build the next tricks, higher impact workouts to a strong foundation, avoid injuries and enjoy your trainings!
