@Typ Typ Actually, there are ppl who are high functioning on a daily basis with very little sleep. Research it. The absolute majority of us just cannot function like that. There are always exceptional ppl who's genetics are "abnormal" than the avg person. I wish I could function like that but right about now, I'm on some bullshit with my own sleep and function erratically. Lolol....but actually not funny😒

Wow thank you for tracking this down. I remember looking for it years ago and being so discouraged when I couldn't find it. I always remembered his distaste for beets lol. I seem to remember him getting asked at one point if he had any advice for new artists, and he says something like "damn, just become a doctor or a lawyer or something." Does anyone else remember that? Maybe it was another artist on one of these same sorts of profiles, but in my mind madlib was the one who said it.
