I watched a documentary once about identical twins who could only eat when they were sitting opposite each other and making sure every bite lookes absolutely the same. Like they measured the food on their forks so that they were the same. Oh yea, they were both extremely eating disorderd and one of them actually became a bit shorter than the other one cause they were so underweigth that they had osteoporosis and one of them had such bad bone damage she got shorter. It really fucked with them that they were different because of that. It was a heart breaking documentary. One of them started making healthier choices and the other one died i think.

i think the pregnancy thing is that it could be a mixture of issues. one of which you said. but considering their need for control to have things done at the same time it might have more to do with that. because they would want their pregnancies to progress identically, have identical babies, and give birth in the same place at the same time. all of those would be hard, more so since pregnancies are so complex and lack the control factors they would want.

In where I live in Europe, at the gym that I go to there are women like this.
