Steve - Thanks for the helpful videos. I installed a color matched spoiler on my street glide special - Hard candy black gold flake. Perfect match. I hand torqued the screws with a socket head and a little blue lock tight. Looks great. I also bought stretched bags, side covers and the hardest install was the mid frame heat deflector. That was the worst but I got it done. Keep up the good work.

I don't see the clutch cable in your video. How are you routing the clutch cable so that it doesn't rub across the front of the spoiler?

Looks great Steve. I just purchased a set of vivid black cvo style bags and fender extension for my wife's 2015 RK on a BlackFriday sale. Was told they are so new in stock that paint hasn't been applied yet to them. Even if I don't get them by Christmas my wife will be thrilled that they are coming. She'll love this chin spoiler for sure. Great vid as always! !

My 10 spoiler seems to sit lower it doesn't want to go high like it's supposed to have a big gap at the bottom where it curves.

I have the clutch cable tie wrapped to the outside part of the frame where the spoiler attaches to. I was watching the video to see if yours was inside…I don’t see any trace of the clutch cable in this video at all…looks like if I want to puchase this spoiler I will have to move the cable. I wonder how much of a pain in the ass that will be…

What about the clutch cable? Mine is routed right where the chin spoiler would bolt on. Any tips for relocation? Seems like moving it inboard of the downtubes would put the adjuster boot right up against the front cylinder head.

yes with the cables that are mounted through the frame you will more than likely need to relocate it on the other side.

Will this work with Native’s pit bull front end with lowers?

I have it on my amber whiskey bike with a 18.5x5 native front end with no issues. Lowers will work but they are tight when you run them with the chin spoiler, but it does all fit.

Curious to know what the airflow restriction is with this spoiler. Or is it formed to maximize the air intake to the motor through the grill grates.

Hey man...I rode most of last year with it on my bike. Just because of the placement of any chin spoiler I would say its going to re route the air somewhat. Although I ran it all summer last year and didn't have any issues, bike temps or air hitting me as a driver. Didn't really notice any difference at all to be honest.

You should be able to get it on without removing them..it will be easier with them off but you dont have to.

As long as there are no cables running through the front of the frame this will work. If there are cables running through there you can relocate them over to the side and sip tie them to the edge of the frame and still run the chin spoiler.

Why is it cheaper to color match the tourpack than it is for the chin spoiler..? Big dollar for that color match on the spoiler!!

Yes pete the tour packs are much easier to paint than the chin spoilers. Less time consuming.

I ordered a Chin Spoiler from.............Advanblack? It came in a Box with 36 stamps and mailed from Wong Chi Hang in Hong Kong.. The part had to be trimmed at the top of crash bar and the color (Whiskey Amber) didn't match, good thing it down low.. I was under the impression these were made it the USA, my fault from not checking.. Sorry Steve, Advanblack down by the River.. 350 bucks of not worth it..

Im glad you got it on but you didnt have to trim the top. Place the top of the chin spoiler on the bottom of the bar and then line up your holes and push it on all at once. Hundreds of these have been installed with no trimming. And yes all of our parts are molded and painted in our shop in Hong Kong. Its not 3 party stuff we buy and paint.

@@Advanblack I have a 2015 Ultra Limited and Yes it had to be Trimmed.. I completely took off the upper Mount and yes it would go on.. But the upper Crash bar would have Crushed it.. Yes I watched the Video and Didn't SEE any Cutting.. So I made a Choice of Smashing it at the top, Or Cutting off the 1/4 inch.. Need to Tune up your Paint colors also..

I have a 2010 Ultra and mine is not fitting! I put my bike on a jack to look under it to make sure Im not missing taking anything off. There are three screws on bottom preventing it from smoothly going on frame. I don't want to return it and the color is spot on. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Steve, when hitting a bump does the fender touch the spoiler

No the fender moves up and slightly in when hitting a bump and the upper part of the spoiler is thinner...weve been running this spoiler for years and never seen one hit
