i've been using HSL and Color Warper for skin so much lately to avoid using qualifiers because i thought it was the easier/better method. this lesson proved that idea wrong.

His scopes are hiding the panel. If you look to the right of the Qualifier - HSL panel, you should see something called Matt Finesse. Roughly down the middle there is a slider called Blur Radius.
