This is the most beautiful way to design your own rings. The beauty is in what coin or precious metal you make them from.

Best coin ring video. Nice set up. I’m a little late to the game but just getting into this. On my fifth ring now with limited tools. Still need a proper work bench, ring stretcher and that belt sander. Probably should have started with the work bench. Lol. What a pain in my ass. Oh, that Jason’s works coin ring deal, gotta get that too. What a joy trying to fold a coin with a mandrel and a mallet. Thanks again....

Pop in your Dremel style tool BOOM touch of gritty and the outside edge is gone, I use 800 VELCRO backed discs, after use wash in water, then good as new. Keep up the good work. Stu n Caz. X.

I know Pepe Tools in the US makes a really nice one with a die specifically for coin rings (pepetools.com/collections/ring-tools-1/products/coin-ring-stretcher-w-skyler-jenkins-reducing-die ), but it's not cheap. I use a cheap India made one, and it's done a decent job so far but I did order a new die (the Pepe one) as the one it came with is not great for coins I also don't love the grooves on the stretcher shaft but it works for now.

Sounds like you have the ambition. And that's all that's really required to make a coin ring. All these fancy tools are NOT required, but do help to achieve consistant, steady, high quality rings in a fraction of the time. Ambition gets it done, tools just help speed it up. good luck. Coin punches can be found all over the place, Etsy and Ebay house several coin punch sellers. I included a link to where I got mine in the description box

Making a coin ring out of a gold coin. You're gold ring will not fetch as much $ as the coin. It's just to expensive. With silver, it's the opposite. You're silver ring will fetch more $ than the coin used.
