I did Carpet Cleaning and Fire/Water Damage restoration work in the early 90's. So I am vaguely familiar with this stuff. I have really enjoyed this channel. One, its good hard work with tactile results you can be proud of, not many jobs offer that. Two, its customer service, and you get to make people happy, and that's rewarding. Three, its your own business which is within itself its own reward (and headaches). Lastly, the way you employ youth in the area and imprint on them the value of hard work and focus, customer service ... its incredible. You guys are amazing. and If I was local to you, when I retire, id come looking for a job as the shop guy cleaning the rugs, id work for Tuna Fish and Sweet Tea.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it looked as though the two cushions had zippers so that you can remove the covers to wash them, normally just in the washing machine. It seems it would have been easier to do that and then clean and treat what appeared to be foam filling. I'm just curious, no judgement here, it's what I do at home. Congrats on the new machine.

Brand NEW equipment. Reminds me what a delivery driver told me when he showed up in a new truck. He said his company's chief mechanic said that when they received a new truck they ALWAYS checked the torque on all the nuts and bolts before they put it into service. Safety first.

my cat did that once a long time ago (he was ill and i didnt know it). i took the covers off and cleaned them in my wash machine w/ TONS of vinegar. cold water, gentle cycle, hang to dry. and rinsed them w/ the same. came out good.

I was going to say that rug has a nose and eyes, that's a beautiful little dog is it a doodle? I've been following you guys since I got sick which is about 3 years now so I've seen you guys grow so much over these few years. You all are hard-working guys and being able to expand the business is a credit to your work ethic so well done I am genuinely happy for you all. Probably the best thing is that you guys can have a laugh but still provide professional service. There is no rule saying you can't have fun and enjoy your job so if you want to take a little advice from someone who had quite a few people work for him, always listen to pops and keep smiling, the day goes quicker and there is no rule saying you can't enjoy your job well that might change if you are a funeral director but I think you guys are safe to have a laugh as you work. I really enjoy watching your videos. I was kindof hoping to see what happened with the rug that just sank to the bottom of the tank, because most of the rugs float to the top and are gently agitated that way, but I can't imagine the one that sank did that lol. Anyway, great work guys. :)
