It's very unfair for the first winner, because the second winner, he didn't even write the hastag.Also it's the most very very unfair, and for the rest people, which they write everything correct, they play with the rules. Your mind, was how to finish quickly the draw,and go back for the party. Few more minutes was one more draw. In my opinion, you have to cancel the winner, and do a new draw, with the same rules for everyone. This going to be fair for all the people which take part on the competition. Even if you give another x tool for a draw ,to make up,still it's not write, because the winner, didn't win with the rules of the draw. Rules ARE Rules.

During the first drawing I slowed the video to .25 speed and the picker only went through 22 names before stopping on the loser. So I don't trust the picker. Just my opinion.

The fair thing, was not to win the first, not to win even the second. Both of them, they didn't play with the rules. It's very unfair for the rest people. We may also can think, that he knows the second guy, and give the x tool to him .He skip the first one,the second draw pick the guy he knows, and give it to him.
