I love that you, your mom and your sister get together for a crafternoon. I would love to do that with my mom and sister. My mom can sew just about anything you could imagine. My sister makes gorgeous quilts. My youngest (8) was so excited to decorate this year. Once the tree was up he got into the decorations bin and was singing while putting the ornaments on the tree. I enjoyed every second of watching his joy.

I've been looking forward to vlogmas so much! And honestly, it's so much better to watch, say, 10-15 episodes that are engaging, interesting not only for me as a viewer but also for you as a creator. Christmas should be about doing the things we love with the people we love without all this pressure of trying to make every day exciting enough to be filmed. Does that make sense? So yeah, do whatever you like when you like, it's going to be fine. 😄

I believe it's the third year I get excited for each vlogmas update you put on here :) seeing the transformation in your mental health is so wholesome to see, I'm super happy for you. @noamleora What I did last year is a made myself a counting the Omer miniskein calendar. It was so fun to open the yarn each day. This year I ordered 2 advent calendars but not opening them now; I’m saving them for this year’s Omer season. You can also totally count down to Hanukkah!

Love your videos, would you say the midland neck would be suitable for a beginner knitter? To be honest i prefer to watch a more relaxed vlogmas it makes me feel cosy and with no other knitter/crocheter in my life its nice to spend some evening with you :)

Definitely not! It’s an unusual construction and not written in a way that’s meant for beginners. I’ve seen lots of lovely neck warmer patterns though, I’d go for something basic in stockinette or garter stitch with a top down construction x

I have to ask -- was the Beanie Baby craze as intense in the UK as in the US? People hoarded them and collected special editions expecting them to send their children to university. It was totally bonkers considering they are just stuffed toys. The bottom fell out eventually of course and they've gone back to being cute nostalgic toys!
